I always love Bill Cunningham’s photos in the style section of the Times and it was great to see that he saw the ingruation that I saw.

A new article on a study of the “broken window theory”, which claims that people are more likley to violate a rule or law if they see evidence of others doing so.
The results are not very surprising but it’s still an interesting phenomenon.
